In order to get accurate insights of how products integrate into the lives of consumers, observing and tracking real-time experiences is critical.  City Research conducts all forms of experiential testing to provide our clients with insights based on consumers’ reaction at the time of purchase, shop, or product use/experience.  Our data collection methods include research conducted in-person and via computer, tablet, and smartphone:
