In-Person Research During COVID-19…

We hope you remain safe and well during this difficult time.

City Research is committed to the health and safety of our staff, clients, research participants and partners.  WE ARE OPEN AND CONDUCTING IN-PERSON RESEARCH!!!  At the current time we are both conducting qualitative research remotely using online platforms and as of May 21, 2020, according to guidelines with the Rock County Health Department, we reopened our Janesville facility and have successfully completed in-person research studies.  Currently (as of July 1, 2020), we are in Phase II of our county-wide reopening plan and are able to operate at 50% capacity.  What that means for our clients…

1) Our facility is ~2900SF which according to current guidelines allows for a capacity of 50 people in our facility at any one time.

2) We have a very large focus room (32ft long by 27ft wide) and can accommodate groups of up to 8 respondents and a moderator and maintain the 6ft separation required by social distancing.

We have implemented additional standards/guidelines at our facilities with priority given to health and safety. These guidelines were developed in conjunction with the Insights Association and also incorporate recommendations from the WDEC and the CDC.  We invite you to review our new guidelines for in-person research explaining City Research’s response to COVID-19.
